RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.	Publication hereinafter shall mean 'University Publication' Roorkee (Uttarakhand) India.
2.	The mode or method of conducting the Course will be decided by the University Publication (Postal Guidance Cell). In all matters such as course contents, despatch schedule, medium of course and additional fee etc. the decision of Publication will be final.
3.	The decision of the Publication regarding admission of a candidate for the Postal Guidance Course will be communicated to him/her well in time before the commencement of the Course.
4.	Once the application form for admission has been accepted by the Publication, no claim for refund of the fee will be entertained nor this fee can be held in reserve for the next batch/year. If, however, the candidate's form is not accepted for any reason, the fee paid by him/her less bank commission and office overheads will be refunded. Request for concession in the fee or payment of fee in instalments, etc. will not be entertained.
5.	No part of the fee is either refundable or transferable except in any one of the following cases. (i) Where a candidate's application is rejected and (ii) When the Course is cancelled by the Publication.
6.	University Publication reserves the right to cancel the admission of any candidate at any stage during the Course without assigning any reason thereof. In case of indiscipline or indecent behaviour, a student can be expelled from the course. Mere payment of fees does not entitle the student for admission, or to continue with the Course.
7.	Study material will be despatched as per the Publication schedule. Publication holds no responsibility for loss of time during transit or due to postal delays, strikes, floods and fires etc.
8.	Students are expected to use decent language in all their communication with the Publication. Any uncivil or discourteous language will be considered prejudicial to discipline.
9.	Any change of address should be communicated immediately to Publication to avoid delay in delivery of study material.
10.	Publication engages experienced faculty and strives to ensure success for all of its students, but holds no responsibility.

12.	The Publication reserves the right to change the Rules and Regulations without prior notice.
13.	Disputes, if any, are subjected to Roorkee Court's jurisdiction only.
14.	The study material is strictly for use of our bonafide students only. If any of our students is found misusing, his/her studentship will be terminated forthwith and the full fees will be forfeited. The decision of the Course Co-ordinator in this regard will be final.
Note	We do not run any branch in any part of the country. As such, study material is only available from our office at Roorkee (UA).
